Where is my sample?

Anyone with a reference number can ask — you do not need to be a regular customer and you do not need an account.

A sample moves through three states, and no others:

Received Your sample is at the laboratory, logged and coded. Your name has come off it.
In test Two analysts are running it independently.
Reported Reviewed, signed by the QC Manager, and sent to you.

What to send

500 g

By weight, solid or liquid. Enough for two independent analyses plus the portion we retain. Liquids in a sealed bottle please.

How to get it here

Bring it to the laboratory, hand it to your VAN dealer, or courier it. We confirm on arrival.

Turnaround

3 working days for most tests, 4 for humic acid, counted from confirmed booking.
