From VAN's trademark and PSQCA master record, July 2026. Twenty of the twenty-three brands hold a live PSQCA manufacturing licence. The other three each have a reason: V-Mag Essential is under registration, V-Compost is registered with the Soil Fertility Research Institute, and SOP is a traded commodity to which no VAN licence applies. Twenty plus three is the whole catalogue — nothing on this page is left out of the count. This is registration VAN obtained for its own products, and the same team does the work for partners.
When the licences for the Vital line were running late, VAN filed a second set under the earlier V- names rather than wait and lose a season. VAN holds both sets. V-Urea carries CM/L-2564/2022 and V-Potash carries CM/L-2565/2022 alongside the 2025 Vital licences the products trade under today.
That is not an administrative curiosity. It is what regulatory competence looks like in practice: a fallback filed before it is needed, so that a delay at the authority does not become a delay in the market. The same thinking is applied to partner registrations.
