Launch it under your name. Made in Pakistan.
For companies launching a crop nutrition brand, making an imported product locally, or manufacturing under their own name.
VAN formulates, manufactures, registers and tests crop nutrition products that carry somebody else’s brand name. You bring the market and do the selling. VAN does everything from the formulation to the finished bag.

What the product has to do, for which crop, at what price.
Registration and label review run alongside every stage above, in your name.
The formulation library.
Formulations with no brand on them, each shown at its stage. They sit here under neutral codes, waiting for a name. The colour is the family, the chips are what it delivers, and the ladder shows how far along each one is.
The portfolio, without the names.
VAN does not publish who its partners are, and will not. So here is the same thing measured a way that does not need a name on it.
14 companies hold them between them. One partner usually runs several brands off the same plant, and the largest holds 8. Every product sold under a partner’s brand carries its own registration file against this plant.
The next largest holds 7. One relationship, 8 registration files.
A code you can put your own name on, with the terms written down.
Each one listed by brand with its licence number on the regulatory page.
Granulation, blending, sulfur coating, micronutrient coating, liquids, organics, the biological laboratory, and filling. On the same site as the analytical laboratory.
A batch runs from 1 tonne; a single lot goes up to 50 tonnes and the line runs up to 4 lots a week. 3 to 5 days under 10 t, 7 to 18 days from 11 to 100 t.
Every figure on this block is published elsewhere on this site: the registration count and the largest partner on this page, the licences and standards on the regulatory page, the library in the section above, the tonnage made a year and the lines on the engineering page, and the order sizes and lead times among the questions at the foot of the dealer page. None of them is a client.
5 pages, one for each part of the decision.
7 steps from an idea to a registered product in a dealer’s shop.
The dials and their ranges: batch size, coating, chelation, solubility, pack.
What is on site, how a lot is released, and the research farm behind it.
25 unbranded codes, the 6-stage path, and the licensing terms.
The live PSQCA licences VAN holds, and the same team run for partners.
What VAN does not do.
VAN does not sell it for you
No sales force, no dealers, no farmer demand. You own the market and the selling.
VAN does not hand over the formulation
You license the right to sell it under your name. The recipe and the process stay with VAN.
VAN will not put a claim on your label that a trial does not support
This holds even when your marketing department wants the claim.
Minimum order. A batch runs from 1 tonne. A single lot goes up to 50 tonnes, and the line runs up to 4 lots a week to the same frozen specification, so 50 tonnes is the size of a lot and not the size of a relationship. There is no minimum on the order itself.
VAN does not publish client names. It already manufactures for 14 national and multinational clients, and a partner under NDA can be given specifics in a meeting.
Client names, formulations built to client briefs, and any data belonging to a client are not shown on this site and are never used to sell to anyone else. There is one named exception on the whole site, published because that client agreed to it: the Khaliqabad field programme with Rafhan Maize Products on the Vital Urea page and the application systems page. Nothing else is named, and nothing is named without the client’s word.
Granular · powder · crystalline soluble · liquid · pellet · water-dispersible granule · coated prill. The same composition is made in more than one form rather than the form dictating the composition.
From a 1 L bottle to a 1000 kg bulk bag and a 1000 L IBC. Trade packs, estate packs and contract-farming volumes are packed on the same line as the retail unit.
VAN runs the PSQCA registration under your brand rather than handing you a specification and leaving you to it. The licence route is already worked.
A PNAC-accredited laboratory, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Accreditation No. LAB 336. Every batch is tested. Batches outside the working window are rejected, not averaged into the ones that pass.
Tell us the problem and we will work on it with you.
Tell us the crop, the market and the constraint you are trying to solve. If something in the catalogue or the library already answers it, we will say so rather than start a development project.
Supply, pricing, own-brand manufacturing and distribution. He is the person who answers this form.
muhammad.ali@van.com.pkPlant visits are part of most partner conversations, and for a co-manufacturing decision they are usually the point at which it becomes a real one.
Arrange a plant visitThe commercial team answers within 1 working day. The first conversation is about whether VAN already has something that answers your problem, because that is a 3-month route rather than a 12-month one.
